Safety Note: This design requires 120v AC wiring to the Meanwell PSUs. Always work with power disconnected and switches off! Do not attempt this if you are not familiar with AC Wiring!
Control box assembly to hold:
- 24v PSU for jackpot CNC (LRS-75-24)
- 12v PSU for Laser (Neje) (LRS-150-12)
- Jackpot CNC Control Board from v1 Engineering
- Relay mount for NEJE Air Assist (comes with Neje Pump)
Other Features:
- 2x 4010 Fan mounts
- 2 locations to add Wagu Mounts (from Voron Mods)
- 2 Switches (use to control Laser power and Air Assist Pump)
- 120v fused inlet for clean wiring
- 4x Mounting holes to secure the box

Instructions:
- Press in heatsets for Lid and Jackpot board
- Mount Fans, and covers to the box
- Mount PSUs to the box
- Mount Wagus, switches and Power inlet to the box
- Wire AC from inlet to Wagu blocks, then to PSUs
- Check wiring
- Mount Jackpot board to Box, use an SD card extension if desired, Connect USB Cable
- Mount Replay from Neje Pump kit
- Run power from 24v PSU to Jackpot
- Connect Relay to 12v PSU, use one of the switches to control the Relay signal for the pump
- Connect fans to 12v PSU (assuming you used 12v fans) directly or make use of the 2nd Wagu mount location on the left side of the box
- Connect the laser (neje a40640II) to the 12v PSU and the second switch (saftey switch to prevent any accidental firing of the laser)
- wire the remaining connections to the Jackpot board and relay as required
- Check all wiring for tightness, accuracy and polarity
- Check all wiring again
- Check that you checked all wiring again
- Put on the lid to prevent any risk of shock
- Ensure all switches are off, before plugging the box in
- Slowly and safely check all functions!
