After using a Ramps Box that a friend designed (TechyG), I decided I wanted a box that would hold more components and have a bit of room to work when I needed to repair or upgrade my printer. So I set out and designed this box, loosely based on Techyg's design.
It will hold a Ramps/Mega board, 2 Biqu Mosfets, a full sized LCD, and Pi zero W. There are mounting holes for 2 40mm fans on the back of the case as well in case you want active cooling.
Dimensions 160x145x100 when fully assembled. I printed this on my Reach 3D with a 200x200x200 build volume
The lid prints well if you place the LCD screen side face down on the bed.
Print at .28 layer height with 10-20% infill. Print the top piece face down and it will not require any supports.
