The Ryobi RY40104 40 Volt Lawn Mower has been discontinued and this particular part, number 58 from the schematic, is out of stock and will never be in stock.  My first 3D printer just arrived, the Mini+.   Why not have my first ever design be this part.  What could wrong, lol.

I just had to take some sandpaper to the center of the hole to widen it a little to fit over the shaft.  You could use a drill bit or possibly just make the diameter of inside hole a little larger before you print.  I printed at “max fill” to make sure the piece was as solid as possible.  The other pieces sandwiching the mower blade are made out of softer plastic, and this piece just acts as a spacer anyway.

Hope you don't need to use it, but if you find your way here, feel free to use at your own risk.  I still have all my toes.
