Voron 2.4 Fan Grill with Hex Infill

60mm fan grills with hex infill. Fit 6020 fans with M3 heat set inserts.

Recommended with backwards fan support mod

For best results, I recommend using it in conjunction with the backwards fan support mod, similar to the Voron 2.4 Skirts with Hex Infill designed by Ken226. The backwards fan support mod has a flat mounting surface and can be thinner, since it does not need the small clearance recesses that are present on the default Voron fan grills. This results in fan grills that are not only easier to print but also sleeker and more aesthetically pleasing since they are not standing out so much and in multi-color prints, the colored line of the back is thinner.

The backwards fan support mod version does not need supports when printed. It can be printed multi-color by swapping filament by adding a Height Range modifier in your Slicer that changes the color from 1.4mm onwards. 

Alternate version for default Voron fan mount

This version fits the default Voron Fan Grill mount and consist of an A side and a B side version to match the different mounting surfaces on the printer.

The default Voron mount version does require supports when printed. It can be printed multi-color by swapping filament by adding a Height Range modifier in your Slicer that changes the color from 2.2mm onwards.
