Super easy way to mount a studio lamp (or anything that uses hotshoe attachment) to an easel.
Should fit most commonly found easles (4-5.5cm width) and can be slid up and down to specified height and secured with a knob.
Hardware needed: M5 nut and bolt (at least 1.5cm in length)
Assembly:
Print “easel lamp holder body” and insert a nut into a recess in the back, you can glue it in if too loose or use bolt from the other side to pull it into place.
Print “easel lamp holder shim” and slide into the back (it will cover a nut you have inserted in previous step), you can glue it into a hole at the bottom to keep it sliding out but don't glue it all around - it needs to flex when you screw in the bolt. This step is optional if you don't care that bolt might damage your easel.
Print “easel lamp holder knob” and glue it on top of your bolt.
Print settings: PETG, 15% infill, 0.2 layer height, no supports, print body vertically (hotshoe recess at the bottom)
