Bumper for Linear Rails (TPU)

After I installed my bike hanger with lin. rails I needed some soft bumpers for not hitting the endstops too hard. Here the bike hanger:

I designed a simple buffer which come between the linear rail roller and the endstop, just to compensate hard impacts.

These bumber(s) fit a Ø12mm linear rod. One side open, easy to attach and remove.

I designed three versions (see file section):

1. Full solid bumper
2. Bumper open by six holes, to get it softer
3. Bumper both sides 1.2mm closed, inside six holes (like #2) for better stability to keep in place of the rod

Don't know by now which will be the best solution, so I printed them all and try it out over the time.

TinkerCad design, Prusa MK3S+ printed (bypassed the MMU2), TPU black in 85Sh(A) → which is lousy soft material! So print very slowly! Patience pays!
