Very good but don’t work 100% , tpe need bearing do scoll easy

Here is my Prusa XL filament loader (mainly for flexible TPU), using an electric screwdriver: https://www.printables.com/model/978873-prusa-xl-fast-filament-ptfe-tube-loader-incl-tpu

printed on XL, with Prusa Orange Prusament. The hex opening in the axle tended to be much smaller than the 3.2 mm in the design, lost two prints trying to get the hex out. I finally negative space a cylinder of 3.4 mm along the hex axis, this worked fine.
Thanks for the share!

Printed in petg. Had problems getting the bearings unstuck so I managed to destroy two wheels, cripple another two. One survived though. Used another option to get tpu printing to work but got inspired by the print in place bearings so still worth it.

I have a version for metal bearings: https://www.printables.com/model/1066178-prusa-xl-soft-tpu-printing-modification-metal-ball/files
just could not make this work printed in petg, the tpu kept coming off the rollers and caused the print to fail.. not sure it if was me or the rollers but this just would not work for me. in the end i opted to try another build using small ptfe tubes

I think you didn't combine the correct cable clips/ball bearings and didn't choose the position as shown in the picture. It's really not that easy either. I have created a new version that will go online in the coming days. There is less gap in the TPU fuses, but metal ball bearings are used.The main problem I see is the inaccuracy of printing on technical models when the TPU is pulled lengthwise. Small PTFE are not sufficient either. The printing does not fail, but the dimensional accuracy is inadequate.In my new version I also have attached the filament spool with matal ball bearings.This allows me to print precisely at TPU 60A. All other solutions are not sufficient for such a soft filament.
@GaiusPupus_11840 looking forward to the update... :)
I currently have 0.6 nozzles loaded on all my nextruders. Should printing from your prebuilt .3mf file work for me? should I change nozzle size down to .4?
@dorkwin_149910 also, the slicer is complaining about supports, which I am going to ignore because I think it would mess up the ball bearings?
@dorkwin_149910
No Support nedded. I did not try with 0.6, you can just try to print one bearing, so you know.
