Der BBP291 E-Bike Akku von unserem "Kalkhoff Endeavour 5.B Advance 2022" passte dank Rahmenabdeckung und Plastik-Adapter auf der den Anschlüssen entgegen liegenden Seite nicht in die Vertical Modelle von @oftech.
Änderungen/Neuerungen
- Die Bottoms Parts wurden daher beschnitten und ein komplett neuer Top-Part designed
- Damit der Akku auch am oberen Ende hält habe ich einen simplen Verrieglungsbolzen ergänzt, siehe Bilder
- Damit es einfacher ist, die notwendigen Löcher vorzubohren habe ich zusätzlich noch Bohrlochschablonen ergänzt
- Für die Befestigung des Bottoms werden vier Senkkopf-Schrauben mit einer Länge von Einschraubtiefe + 20mm benötigt, für den Top drei kürzere
Nutzungs-Beispiel
In den angehangenen Bildern sieht man rechts meine angepassten Modelle, links die horizontale Original-Version mit meinem Falter Akku. Die Netzteile werden durch @FrodeH Charger dock Bosch ebike mittig gehalten.

The BBP291 e-bike battery from our "Kalkhoff Endeavour 5.B Advance 2022" did not fit into the vertical models from @oftech thanks to the frame cover and plastic adapter on the side opposite the connections.
Changes/new features
- The bottom parts were therefore trimmed and a completely new top part was designed
- I have added a simple locking bolt so that the battery also holds at the top end, see pictures
- To make it easier to pre-drill the necessary holes, I also added drill hole templates
- Four countersunk screws with a length of screw-in depth + 20mm are required to attach the bottom, three shorter ones for the top
Example of use
In the attached pictures you can see my customized models on the right and the original horizontal version with my Falter battery on the left. The power supply units are held in the middle by @FrodeH Charger dock Bosch ebike.
