MK4 / XL Knob for MK2s / MK2.5s / MK3s

XL / MK4 style LCD knob for the older printers. I just mashed up the files to get proper fit and distance to the panel face. Compatible with the beauty ring:

Print upside down if you're using the textured sheet and want a textured top.
