Soft launch/Work In Progress:

spiggytech 4.9L SFFPC

General stats:

  • Dimensions: 110mm x 195mm x 229mm, 4.9L overall (minus feet & carry handle)
  • ITX Motherboard
  • 39mm Cooler (Tested on Noctua L9a-AM4 and Thermalright AXP90-x36)
  • GPU Specs : Two-Slot, Single Fan, 180mm Max, Originally designed for the MSI 3060TI Aero ITX OC in mind. But you can probably squeeze in the Gigabyte 4060 LP in here. Also tested on the ASRock A380 Challenger ITX
  • 190mm Riser Cable needed
  • PSU: FlexATX like ENP-7660B 600W or FSP FlexGURU 500W
  • Buttons (2): 12mm pushbuttons, one for power, one for CLR_CMOS… or you can use a 12mm turn-key lock.
  • Uses about 300g of filament, with supports and brims and stuff.

General Advice:

  • PETG+ recommend
  • ASA/ABS is better
  • Zipties are super helpful for this build
  • Do not feed after midnight
  • You can use various infill patterns of your choice. I just choose small hexagons
  • 6mm LED strips in this thing look badass

Stuff I'm up to:

  1. I need to take a boatload of pictures
  2. I need to finish the Bill of Material (BOM)
  3. I need to get you guys an assembly manual because it can get hairy if you don't know what to look for.
  4. Add a sample layout in Bambu [DONE]
  5. Make some interesting variations [DONE - KINDA]
  6. Add a carry handle [DONE]
  7. Add ziptie points along the chassis [DONE]
  8. Add a 2.5in SSD slot [DONE]
  9. Youtube Assembly Video
