Improved Cetus MkII fan duct w/ cooling control

I designed a new fan duct for my Cetus MkII. It is closely modelled after the original. I added a wall under the duct to the thermal barrier, to insulate the heating block from the air flow some more. It also has a little "control surface" that can be inserted to block the airway to the nozzle to reduce the cooling for filaments that need a lower air flow.
