This minimal cutlery organizer was designed with there goals in mind: minimal filament use, custom fit, simple design.

Each box is made up of a .8mm wall, a .8mm floor, and a simple 2mm radius on the corner. Four sizes of boxes are included: 64x254, 53x254, 53x220 and 90.5x220 boxes are included, by default each box is 40mm high.

Testing with kids found that these are just deep enough for our stuff, easy enough to get out, and low enough to clear the drawer screws.

Printing tips:

Print as many can fit on your build plate, or one at a time.  I did them one by one (Example 3mf attached), or gapped on the plate to allow movement in the final arrangement.

For the long bins, they are about as big can fit on my 225x225 plate - print these at 45 degrees, one to a plate for sure.

The freecad file has been included, and the sketch can be modified to easily adjust the dimensions for a specific bin to fit your needs.

In my sample photo i have 2x64x254, 4x53x254 in one row, then 2x90.5x222 and 3x 53x22

An alternate arrangement used all 53x222 bins and the included 148x64 horizontally.
