This is my attempt at making a cute-ish MagSafe Charger Holder. It was made to fit an iPhone SE or iPhone Mini. I guess another small phone such as the Asus Zenfone will fit perfectly fine as well. I added tolerances to account for phone cases. In addition, you get a small tray that you can put stuff in.
Any charger with a diameter that's lower than 61mm will fit. You can download the f3d file and edit the CableCutout and ChargercutOut sketches to make it fit your QI charger. :)
I used threaded insert screws and screwed them into my table. This allows me to use simple countersunk M5 screws. Using an angled hex key like the Wera Hex Plus makes it very easy to install.
The distance between the screw centerpoints is roughly 148mm.
Print Settings on Ankermake M5C:
Nozzle 0.4mm
Material: PLA+
Layer height 0.25mm
Perimeters 2
Solid top/bottom layers 2
You might need bridging supports for the cutout in the bottom. There's a large cutout in the bottom, because otherwise it wouldn't be possible to screw it into the wall/desk/whatever.
