Delack Enclosure Feet
Made these feet to raise the enclosure up about 3mm total vs the original rubber feet. Wanted to do this so that I could use a compressed air can to blow out the fine pieces of filament that build up over time. Raises the enclosure up just enough to blow the items out without causing any problems with temp or drafts.
From my experience there is no difference in printing. I have two enclosures side-by-side…for testing…I had one with the original feet and one with these…there was no temp difference or print quality difference.
Update: Added v3 of foot that has spot for non-slip pad. You can either print the pad from the files section using tpu or cut the rubber gaskets that come with the Delack in half. Then simply glue either pad on the foot v3.
To print:
Recommend .4 nozzle.
Print foot normal.
Print screw upside down.
No supports required.
To install:
Simply remove old rubber foot and screw on new ones.
