4 Phone/Smart Watch Charging Console V1

This is a two tier console that holds two dual wireless phone chargers and 4 smart watch chargers. The design is based on the TYLT dual wireless charger. The console is hollow to hide power supplies, extension cords and cables. The Smart Watch chargers will need to be inserted into their holders from the inside of the console.

There are two holes on the front face to accommodate the power cords for the wireless phone chargers. The “plug_cover” STL is a piece that covers up the power cord and plug.

The back of the console has an opening that is meant to fit around an electrical outlet.

The bottom rear of the console has a cut out to fit around a counter top backsplash. The cutout is a 101.2 mm tall and 29.5 mm deep.

The console is very big and cannot be printed in one shot on most 3d printers. The overall STL file will need to be broken up into multiple pieces depending on the format of the printer being used. In order to print on an Ender 3 S1 Pro the console was broken up into 6 separate pieces that can be printed on any printer with a 220 x 220 x 270 mm build volume. The tallest pieces require a build height of 250 mm. The pieces will need to be glued together.

The pieces will need tree supports.
