My father had bought for me a toy scale model bulldozer made of steel in one of his trips to UK in the 1980s. I recently found it in my parents' house still in a working condition although the paint/enamel had started chipping off a bit. The original rubber tyres had however disintegrated many years ago. This model is a replacement tyre for printing with flexible filaments. I have published both the STL and the Fusion 3D model so you can adapt the design for wheels of other profiles.

This is my first model for designed for TPU and has come out pretty well. I printed with with 0.15 mm quality mode & slightly modified Generic Flex profile in PrusaSlicer. Key changes to default were to reduce perimeters to 1, reduce infill to 10% and speed to 20.

I found some great tips on how to design the tyre tread from this video by Lars Christensen.
