Split version of Siggie Pops tophat extension panels to be printable on the Voron V0 itself.
I would recommend printing the item in ABS/ASA as the print chamber gets quite warm and anything less might warp/soften over time.
Middle section is offered in 3 variants; logo 2 colors, logo 1 color (embossed) and no logo.
You can print the 2 colors variant with a single extruder by adding a second “extruder” in your slicer and a custom g-code toolchange command as “M600” and manually changing the filament when the command is executed. The logo thickness is 0.4mm so only 2 layers when printing with 0.2mm layer heights.
The tolerances on this model are very tight. You may have to print it a couple test pieces, so I recommend printing the joint and either left of right panel to test them and then adjust the XY contour compensation in your slicer appropriately. Orca slicer example (may be slightly differently named in other slicers):
This part can be assembled without using glue if tolerances are spot on, however adding a dab of super glue (CA glue) just to get a better bond can go a long way.
The author remixed this model.
Model is now split into 3 pieces + joint to be printable on the Voron V0 bed.
