Made this as a gift for my wife because we both love the song. Inspired by the recent artwork by Banksy.

Description
PDFOriginal size designed to be printed at 0.28 layer height. I'm uploading two separate STLs of the top and bottom parts because importing them and placing them one on top of the other gave me cleaner slicing results to print with filament change in the middle. Additionally it would be easier to tune the thickness of both parts.
Altogether STL is also provided.
