Modular Ultimate Casing for Prusa MK4 (including bulletproof, hexagon/honeycomb and Voronoi style inserts)

Please excuse the current documentation on this project as I am still trying to find the time to document this as best as possible. However I have been sat on the physical designs for a few months now so I just wanted to get it out there.

The principle of this design is to build a base Ultimate Casing that is installed to your machine much like the original which has the installation instructions here and then you install inserts to adapt it to your needs. This design should also make installation easier as you have more access to the mounting hardware and may get away with a shorter 2.5mm T/allen key. I have included .3MF files for both left and right base sections as I remove the top solid infill from 5mm up to eliminate the dreaded benchy hull line artifact. All files are provided in the orientation that I printed them in and do not need support or any additional bed adhesion (the base pieces have in built adhesion tabs).

Once you have the base installed you can choose between a number of inserts offering different aesthetics and different accessory options.

As well as improving and updating the build description I will be adding a few more accessories that I already have that just need some slight modifications.

Update 24/01/2024: added an untested reduced material version of the original honeycomb inserts.

Update 25/01/2024: added Voronoi style inserts for another design aesthetic and also a greater reduced material usage. Also a minor update to the bulletproof inserts to make them one solid STL rather than an STL that could be split apart in the slicer.

Modular base version of the MK4 casing that is derived from the original Ultimate Prusa Casing by Extrutim and uses module elements based upon the bulletproof wide body and colorful upgrade from Extrutim too. Additional own design modules and accessories are also a part of this remix.
