My MPCNC Mods

All of my mods for my mpcnc primo F-25mm. 

STLs are oriented for printing. Everything prints without supports, except a few parts. Please refer to the description below and/or the included gcode.

XY Endstops

Hardware needed:

• 2x M3x5x6 heatset insert, or shorter, should also work. For example, M3x5x3 should be fine
• 1x M3x12
• 1x M3x45

Z Endstop

Hardware needed:

• 2x M3 Self Tapping Screws
• 1x Microswitch

Corner Braces

Print with supports!

Hardware needed:

• 15x M5x20
• 15x M5 Locknuts
• 20x Screws for mounting on the table (I used DIN 7981)

Nema 17 Drag Chain Mount with 2 Channel Relais (Gantry)

Hardware needed:

• 2x M3x10 and M3 Nuts for mounting the drag chain
• 3x M3x10 and M3 Nuts for mounting the relais pcb
• 1x M5x30
• 1x M5 Locknut

Router Probe

Hardware needed:

• 8x 6x3 magnets, conductive (most are)
• (Optional) Glue for securing the magnets in place
• 1x Wire
• 1x Touchplate … or quick and dirty solder a wire to a blank PCB and use that ;)

Assembly:

• Press first 4 magnets in
• Insert striped wire and loop it over all magnets
• Insert last 4 magnets and press them flush

MKS PI Detachable Case (with TS35 Screen)

Hardware needed:

• 12x M3x5x4 Heatset Inserts
• 10x M3x10
• 2x M3x4
• 4x 6x3 magnets, conductive (most are)
• (Optional) Glue for securing the magnets in place
• (Optional) 4x DIN 7981 Screws
