Hey team,

I've been working on this model for a little while and it's at the point now I'm able to wear it for testing, so I thought I would share. In the future I may upload another version pending my results :-).

The band was designed using Fusion 360 and printed on a Prusa MK4 using Aurarum clear TPU (Shore A 95). I printed with 100% infill and found the quality was best when the filament was dried thoroughly overnight to avoid any stringing.

I went through several iterations of the band to get good balance between flexibility and durability. Initially I went with a thicker design but found it didn't contour to my wrist well at all, so had to go back to the drawing board several times.

In terms of comfort, the band initially is a bit stiff straight off the printing bed, but I've found even after a few hours of wearing it's starting to get a nice natural bend when I take it off my wrist, so I think long term it'll be fine.

I've designed this band to be printed in place and found best results with organic support as the snug variant was very difficult to remove, particularly clear TPU. I've found coloured TPU are typically easier to remove support material.

Enjoy and let me know what you think :-)

Cheers, from Australia.
