Timemore Sculptor 064/064s Hopper Adapter

This is an adapter to allow any hopper with a 35mm diameter fitting to be put on the timemore sculptor. I designed it around fitting this model by Jkim_makes, but should also fit other hoppers intended for the XeoLeo style grinders, like this aluminum one from AliExpress. 

Hopefully the pictures are pretty self-explanatory. 
 

UPDATE 1/24/24: I have yet again changed the inner hopper adapter, and re-added the sloped area, and added a slot for a piece of filament to go through, to secure the inner hopper adapter to the adapter plate. This is because through experimentation I discovered that the “finger guard” actually does a lot to regulate the flow of beans for a consistent grind. So it is NECESSARY.

Tips:

• Print the Inner Hopper Adapter with the square end facing up
• Print the Plate curved side up
• Some tolerance was built-in to the area where the Inner Hopper Adapter fits into the plate, so to achieve a tight fit, which is required for correct grinder operation, wrap some kapton or other similar thin tape around it a few times to achieve a good friction fit.
   

• Ensure that the larger part of the “finger guard” is facing towards the front of the grinder, where the sloped inner part of the inner hopper adapter will cover the ledge it creates. 
  
  
• After installing the inner hopper adapter into the plate, take a piece of filament and pass it through the hole in the plate, then trim the ends so it is flush. It should be a tight fit, so pliers may be required to push it through.
