Camera Lens Filter Step-up Adapter M49 to M58 (or M67)

This is a simple adapter to use M58 (or M67) filters on camera lenses with M49 filter thread.

It should be possible to print it without supports. I found that it screws more smoothly when printed with 0.1 mm layer height, but 0.2 layer height also works.
