Ender 3v2 Neo Z sync belt tensioner

I added a Z tensioner sync belt to my dual motor Z axis.

I designed this to fit the same 20 tooth pulley with an 8mm bore diameter that i used on the Z screws.

As with my Ender 3 v2 Neo I couldn't fit the Z screw stabilizers to the upright parts of the frame, they had to remain fitted to the gantry. This led to the pulleys for the sync belt being fitted below the stabilizers. This tensioner allows for this

You will need

1 pulley, with an 8mm bore

1 m4 x 40

2 M4 x 10

1 M4 nut

1 about 15mm wide M4 washer

2 M4 T-nuts

I printed it in Creality PLA-CF with the flat side to the build plate and 30% infill.
