GT2 20T Pully 5mm Bore (Optimized for FDM)

2GT 20T Pully with 5mm bore that I optimized to be printed and use M3 heatset inserts.

Highly recommend printing in ABS or better.

Additional parts needed per pully:

• M3 grub screws (x2).
• M3 heatset inserts (x2).

The original model appeared to be a 1x1 clone of the original aluminum part. This is good for using in CAD but not very good for printing the part to actually use in real life. My modifications fix this.
