This is my version of a Desktop Mini toolbox. I am a drafter by trade and created the model in Autodesk Revit simply because that's what i am comfortable using. The printed model shown was scaled down to 9% (Revit doesn't allow <1mm modeling so It was modeled 10x size) in Cura and printed on a Creality Ender 3 V3 SE. The tolerances allowed for NO sanding or filing for me, but your experience may vary. If anyone wants the RVT. files just let me know and i can upload them.
The only Item needed to assemble is super glue (or your choice of adhesive)
Print List:
1x Box
1x Big Drawer
3x Small Drawer
4x handles
4x Feet (there are 4 feet in the STL file so you can print all at once)
2x Rear Edge (there are 2 in the STL file so you can print both at once)
2x Front Edge (There are 2 in the STL file so you can print both at once)
I printed everything with 20% Grid infill and supports are only needed for the drawer handle recesses and feet recesses on the box (I printed the feet upright with a brim so no supports needed), but there shouldn't be an issue if you prefer to change that. I am not a 3d printing expert so any advice and feedback is welcome and appreciated!
Enjoy!
