This is a true test of MSLA and FDM printer skill, can be fully printed in FDM.
Print under your own discretion, nerves will be tested!
Lock ring and stand are FDM printed in CF petg but any material will do fine.
Hammer head and grip printed on elegoo saturn 3 ultra.
Needs to be hollowed with at least 3mm preferably 5mm walls(resin)
Hammer head has internal supports(resin).
Ventilation holes need to be added in slicer to combat suction cupping(resin).
My last attempt i printed the hammer verticale with great results.
Takes under 1,5L to print the resin parts.
To be able to wash out the inside i made a hole in slicer where the grip twist in the hammer.
Same for the grip, needs to be hollowed and you can add a hole on top to wash it out.
There is a nice flat space to make that hole on both parts.
Sanding is probably required, if the part doesn't fit you can run a tap through it size M30x3.5 (it's not cheap)
Made a good clearance between the threads so they twist in easier if the print comes out warped or there is some shifting due to Instability during printing, tapping will be necessary.
I took some leather to loop it in the hole, the stand has room so you can put it down.
Lock ring is used to line up grip with hammer head.
