Update, March 18, 2024:
Finally got around to re-printing the bracket, using the v1.1 file. Added new pics of the new version.
Update, January 24, 2024:
I created v1.1 of the Tool Holder and Display Bracket, moving the tool holder outboard a little bit, so it clears the hot-end when it is at full rightward position during the auto-leveling routine. I also added a cable channel for the display ribbon cable. The new file is uploaded as Ender 3 V3 Tool Bracket v1.1. I've retained the original version as Ender 3 V3 Tool Bracket v1.0, which is what's in the pictures. If you've already printed the original version, you just need to take the cutters out when you have the printer do the auto-level.
Original:
A space saving tool holder and display bracket for the Ender 3 V3 SE that puts the tools at easy reach. This design makes the printer more compact overall, and places all the included tools conveniently at hand, right on the front of the printer, using the dead space between the display and the printer's gantry.
Print time is a little under 4 hours, using the “low quality” 0.28mm profile, with adaptive layer height, 4 top and bottom layers, 2 outer walls, and 10% in-fill, using on an Ender 3 V3 SE with the stock profile included in Cura 5.6. Filament usage is low, at 41g, and no supports, brim or raft are needed. After it's done printing, attach it in place of the stock display bracket, re-using the original screws.
The CC 4.0 BY-SA licensing mirrors that of the source models. Also included is the model of the tool holder as a stand-alone, for those who don't need the display bracket, or as a source for further remix.
Shortly after I got my Ender 3 V3 SE, I printed pl-'s Ender 3 V3 SE smaller screen panel support. It worked, and is much more sleek than the stock bracket, but is also much more wobbly. I also printed ITOSSEDURSALAD's ender 3 V3 se tool holder, which has a great attachment mechanism onto the spool holder, but found having the tools on the back of the printer to be inconvenient.
I found Ramahdoug's Ender 3 V3 SE Tool Rack put the tools in front where I wanted them, but sacrifices the compact screen mount. The design was also very expensive, from a filament and printing time standpoint. Stronghammer81's Ender 3 V3 SE Tool Holder gave me the compact screen mount, but then had the tools hanging off the side, taking away all the compactness the screen mount gave.
So in the end, I was able to build on these folk's excellent work, to make a combination screen bracket and tool holder that gives convenient access to all the tools included with the printer, and makes the whole thing more compact with a revised screen mount and more efficient use of space.
The author remixed this model.
I combined hugopnabais's Ender 3 V3 SE LCD screen panel sturdy support with a more compact, cut-down re-working of 1TOSSEDURSALAD's ender 3 v3 SE tool holder, and the inverted cutter holder from jmai317's Ender 3 Tool Holder to make a compact tool holder and display bracket combo.
