A simple homemade belt-loop holster for the Apple Vision Pro battery pack, to help save you $50 after spending $3500+.

Note: see also my newer design (in “beta” pending final tweaks). It features a rotating clip and sleeker design.

The model is confirmed to fit well without scaling, but you can suit your x/y part scaling to your taste on tolerance/fit.

The opening at the bottom of the battery has been widened to facilitate printing and to allow charging while the battery is stored upside-down, if desired.

No supports are required when printed with the “upper” surface down on the bed. You'll notice there are two thin, removable circular pads built into the part. These are adhesion pads, to prevent the thin corners of the opening from lifting off the bed. They will snap/slice off easily and cleanly after the print is finished.

Both a belt clip and belt loop option are provided for standard (~50x6 mm) belt cross-section. I also include the mockup of the Apple Vision Pro battery that I used.

Note: Although I provide a belt clip option, I recommend the belt loop option for robustness. Unfortunately, the natural choice for print orientation here does not make for a particularly strong open clip on an FDM printer – a basic clip would likely break easily at the layer lines.
