These are 1x2 gridfinity modules.  Their main function is to be a tall, angled baseplate.  But, they also have a cavity inside for storage.  This can be useful when using gridfinity for tool holders, or a vise or light, but also want to have a place to put something important where it won't get lost, but you can still see it.

There are versions with angles in 5º increments up to 20º.   This lets gravity collect things on one side of a module, or makes it easier to look inside, or access tools, raise it above your project work area, etc.

If you reslice these, I recommend:

  • A 5mm brim with a 0mm brim separation gap.  This helps prevent the edges from lifting upward.
  • External perimeters first
  • Infill 10% gyroid
  • Turn on organic supports
  • Maximum branch angle 50º
  • Support on Build Plate Only
  • Only one layer of skirt - additional layers don't do anything useful that I can tell.

I also painted on support blockers on the entire bottom and all sides up to the bottom deck, and in the corners on the bottom and top on the front.  This prevents supports from being built for those areas.  It saves time and plastic to avoid the unneeded supports.  There are photos above that show where the paint on support blockers go.

This is one of three angle baseplate models.  The other two are:
