Wandhalterung / wall mount Kärcher CVH 2

Eine einfache Wandhalterung für den Kärcher Akku Handstaubsauger CVH 2.

Ich habe zwei Varianten gemacht.

- vertikale Wandbefestigung
- horizontale Wandbefestigung

In meinen Fall verläuft in der Wand eine Elektroleitung vertikal nach unten.
Dafür musste ich die horizontale Variante verwenden um nicht das Elektrokabel beim Bohren zu beschädigen.

Bei der horizontalen Variante benötigt man 

- vier Gewinde-Einsätze und 4x M4x8mm Senkkopfschrauben
- 3D Druck des Halterings
- 3D Druck der Halterung horizontal oben
- 3D Druck der Halterung horizontal unten

Bei der vertikalen Variante benötigt man 

- zwei Gewinde-Einsätze und 2x M4x8mm Senkkopfschrauben
- 3D Druck des Halterings
- 3D Druck der Halterung vertikal

Ich habe die Teile mit einer 0.6 Nozzle und 0.3 mm Schichthöhe mit PETG gedruckt.
Wandstärke/Perimeter habe ich auf 4 gestellt und Support aktiviert.

Die Halterung habe ich mit zwei Spax Schrauben 4,5x60mm und 2 Beilagscheiben an der Wand in 2x 6mm Dübel befestigt.

A simple wall mount for the Kärcher cordless handheld vacuum cleaner CVH 2.

I made two versions.

- vertical wall mounting
- horizontal wall mounting

In my case, an electrical cable runs vertically downwards in the wall.
I had to use the horizontal version to avoid damaging the electrical cable while drilling.

For the horizontal variant you need

- four thread inserts and 4x M4x8mm countersunk screws
- 3D printing of the retaining ring
- 3D print of the holder horizontally at the top
- 3D print of the holder horizontally at the bottom

For the vertical variant you need

- two thread inserts and 2x M4x8mm countersunk screws
- 3D printing of the retaining ring
- 3D print the holder vertically

I printed the parts with a 0.6 nozzle and 0.3 mm layer height with PETG.
I set the wall thickness/perimeter to 4 and activated support.

I attached the bracket to the wall with two Spax screws 4.5x60mm and 2 washers in 2x 6mm dowels.
