With this simple mod for the Ender 3 V3 KE, you can place the screen in horizontal mode and install the Guppyscreen management screen on your Root-enabled device.
Thanks to this, you can disable all Creality services installed on the machine, such as Creality Club or the built-in screen interface, which becomes less useful when you install Fluidd or Mainsail.
Now, with Guppyscreen, you can control the Ender 3 V3 KE directly from the screen, even while printing. You can perform all necessary actions, pause and resume, and many more options.
Guppyscreen is in beta format, and you can easily install it once you have root enabled in Creality OS and have SSH access.
Simply run the following command from the console:
sh -c "$(wget --no-check-certificate -qO - https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ballaswag/guppyscreen/main/installer.sh)"
However, if you need more information, you can find it at:

This modification has the right height for the screen to be rotated 90º, and the connection cables do not interfere. I haven't tested it with the original stand since I have the mod to load filament laterally, which you can find at https://www.printables.com/model/711231-ender-3-v3-ke-filament-spool-side-mount-toolless
I've created a version for the standard stand that adds 18 mm of height; it should stay at approximately the same height as the version with the side mod. I haven't been able to test it yet; if anyone tries it, please share your feedback.
The author remixed this model.
La base se ha aprovechado para crear un adaptador y girarlo 90º, permitiendo colocar la pantalla en horizontal elevándola lo suficiente para evitar interferencias con los cables de conexión.
