5 Port Filament Feed for Bambu A1, A1 Mini

I made a 5 into 1 adapter to allow the 4 AMS filaments and the gantry mounted roll to be available all the time without removing and inserting tubing every time you want to feed material that's not compatible with the AMS. I chose this method to minimize additional weight gain, Individual PC4 connectors would double the size of this unit and possibly eliminate the ability to verify that the filament is fully unloaded. VERY IMPORTANT!! This modification requires that the 4mm tubing is a VERY TIGHT fit in my adapter, as we are no longer using the metal retaining rings. The model includes the actual adapter to fit the Bambu housing, it also includes a 5 port loom to locate all the tubes, you will only use all 5 holes on the first one after my adapter, the rest you will only use the 4 outside slots. The model also includes a “TOOL” to slip over the tube, you will compress it with pliers and use it to FORCE the individual tubes into the adapter, they will stop on a shoulder look closely and don't go too far in. after you have the 5 tubes pressed into the adapter and BEFORE you reassemble, test fit that the tubes and my adapter fit flush when held up against the Bambu insert(funnel). REMOVE the AMS lite Filament Hub from the A1, Don't try to disassemble or assemble on the machine!!! Please look at ALL the pictures I have posted, so you know what parts to reuse. Be sure to use a tywrap or small clamp as I have shown, so there is NO WAY any of those tubes can pull out!
