Sumo XL Enclosure - 270 Degree Hinges

These are 270 degree hinges for the Sumo XL enclosure for the Prusa XL. The standard hinges only swing 180 degrees. These swing 270 degrees.

There are two versions. Unless you have a modified enclosure, print the 2-hole.

• 2-Hole - Fits the stock Sumo XL enclosure parts (as of 01/17/2024).
• 3-Hole - Fits my modified Sumo XL enclosure that added 3 holes.

Print 4x hinge doors, 2x hinge-frame-rights, and 2x hinge-frame-lefts. (The left/right frames are mirrored and are designed to have the dowel rod axle inserted from above.)

The original model's hinges are only standard 180 degree hinges. I elongated them and swapped the door-hinge with the frame-hinge.

I also added a small hole in the frame-hinge to pop the dowel rod axle out.
