OMRON D2F-5 Switch

I am using this in a project to add Euclid and a hard Z end-stop to my Creality CR-6.

Dimensions are accurate based on published drawings from the manufacturer.

At this point, I think only the frame, stepper motors and main-board are stock & everything else has been modified :)
