Build a funny insects with your children! Take a piece of clay or plasticine, put the small parts into it creatively. Use different colored  clay and filament as well. Make a variety of insects.

For easier printing the eye has two parts. The eye and the eye pin. Stick them together with super glue or heat up the pin with a lighter a little bit and quickly insert into the hole in the eyeballs backside. Paint a black spot in the middle of the eyeballs, or use black marker.

I uploaded only one file for the symmetrical parts: the legs,  wings and tentacles. Please duplicate them and flip the direction in your slicer. I made a 6 and an 8 hole version of  the “spine”. So you can print 6 legs for an insect or 8 legs for a spider.

the legs have a simply locking mechanism, easy to assembly

material: PLA or PETG

brim: only for the eye pin, for other parts not necessary

support: only for the antenna

layer height: 0.1 mm

infill: 20%

This toy is in progress. Maybe I make some minor changes in the future for best printing result.

I recommend for over 3 years old children because the small parts.
