If you print this model, please share pictures.
First straighten the band so that there are no twists in it. Place the strap securely between the two forks against a flat surface (table or floor, also se GIF), make sure it is centered. Then, carefully use the drill to wind the strap up, ensuring a controlled and gradual motion while guiding it with the other hand,

Print settings

I Printed mine in PETG for extra strengt and also to consider PETG if you're storing it in a shed or outside. I printed at layer height of 0.20 mm and almost 100% infill to make sure that it would be as strong as possible

No supports needed. 

A brim may be needed around the perimeter of the main body due to its height relative to its narrower base, or use glue stick
