iPhone 13 Mini case (flexible, MagSafe)

This is a flexible phone case for the Apple iPhone 13 Mini. It optionally supports the addition of an adhesive metal MagSafe ring in the back pocket, and has a separately printed inlay ring for lens protection.

The main case is meant to be printed in flexible TPU (I had great results with Polymaker Polyflex 90A), although PETG could also work. The lens protection ring works great in PLA.

The model is publicly available in OnShape (you can also create a free account to modify) with several more configuration options (no hexagon back, or no MagSafe pocket) available for export, or for modifications.

Because I struggled to find an existing and accurate CAD model of the iPhone 13 Mini I could use, I modeled one from scratch using Apple's Accessory Design Guidelines. STEP Model included in case it's useful.

I made a similar model for the iPhone 15 Pro.

Print instructions

• Print the TPU case with a bit of support (for the frame overhang in the front, and the port holes)
• Print the lens protection ring very slowly, bottom side down on the plate. Almost any material will work for this, PLA works great.
