This is a ruggedized, waterproof enclosure for RAK19007/4630 Meshtastic devices. It features an external helical GPS antenna for improved reception under thick canopy conditions as well as a Fischer 102 waterproof connector for charging/ data as I could not locate any compact, easy to integrate waterproof USB C connectors.
This is an expensive feature rich build that will require some soldering for the Fischer connector.
The main body, board carrier and front cover have been printed in Polymaker PA6-CF.
The O-ring was printed in 95A TPU.
I have included a design of the socket i used to install the nut onto the Fischer connector.
