K1 Max Extruder Active Cooling to stop Clogs

Uses a 4010 Blower Cooling Fan (Same as the ones for the 2 part cooler fans in the Ender 7).

I connected the Fan to the connector of the Back Chamber Fan because for PETG I never have to use that fan.

Best part is, now I can control this fan from Creality Print to run it during printing and then turn it off.

No wires had to be stripped or cut, and therefore this is easily reversible.

During long prints the Extruder gets hot enough to start warping the filament within the Extruder gears and that is why it clogs.

This eliminates that problem. #3dprinting #k1max #k1 #diy #extrusion

It mounts using the 2 pegs that is utilized to mount the original K1 Max Extruder Motor Guard.

Printed with K1 Max.
