On Jan 01, 2024 I started modeling a mouthpiece. I had just wrapped up my first 3D printing project (the alto saxophone perch) and was pretty new to 3D modeling in general. It has been educational to learn a little about how mouthpieces work and how to design on. It's thrilling when I get one to play great. And then again, some experiments turn out to be duds. Hope you like this piece.
Here's an article on hand finishing.
