Assembly is a bit difficult because it has to be screwed together in a specific order, but I made a video about it. I hope it's helpful.
Most of the models in the All.3mf file are equipped with support and seam and oriented to fit even a Prusa Mini. (in prusa slicer) (new model versions need to be equipped with the older ones support and seam)
Support suggestion: use “on build plate only”: organic on the 2 big parts and snug everywhere else.
You can use superglue on most of the places if you want, but I like it if things can be disassembled.
Suggested screws: M3, (mostly) countersunk (first number is needed, second is optional)
5 mm 2+2 pcs
10 mm 2+1 pcs
16 mm 5+2 pcs
20 mm 5 pcs
20-30 mm 2 pcs
M3 Nut 6+5 pcs (You can add 2 into the grip and some to the spring)
Some kind of spring or rubber band.
Small amount of any weak glue or glue pads.
You can asseble it without a spring/rubber but there is nothing to hold the slide in place.
The main frame has 3 versions (things on the side), the rotary thing has 2 (text in/out).
You can put a bullet inside of the barrel from the back and also under the slide (it can hide the electronics)
3 or 4 pieces of electronics can be placed:
The 2 signature LEDs can be put in the rotary thing with enough room for a battery.
On the top of the grip there are 2 red LEDs.
There are 2-3 LEDs in the front pod.
If You choose to put a laser in that pod.
2-3-4 can be powered from the magazine.
Paintings:
Magazine and the shine things: Revell enamel steel (91)
Grip: Revell enamel satin purple red (sm 331) painted on the inside
Everything else is the Fuse 1's own PA12's original color.
The prototype was printed entirely on Prusa Mini.
The final version was printed on Formlabs Fuse 1 and the grip was printed on a Phrozen sonic mini 8k.
If you like the model, please consider supporting the original creator and/or me.
The original model is really nice, but the slide cannot be moved to my liking. I started to remix it, but after some research, I found details after details that I wanted to correct. The changes are based on the game's version of the pistol (images included).
Changes from the original:
Most of the pistol can be screwed together. (Also, You can disassemble it.)
The whole slide includes that ring like thing too (slidefront). Sadly I have not yet seen a single (free or paid) model on the wide Internet where this was done correctly.
The slide and everything it comes into contact with has been modified so that it can be pulled up greatly (just like in the game) and also provides space for a spring/rubber. For this, the Barrel, where the spring is connected (You have 4 length option), also had to be modified. There is 1 fix and 1 optional endstop for the slide.
The rotating stuff has merged together and hollowed out to leave room for the electronics.
The LEDs on the back of the rotary thing are connected to it, ensuring they rotate in sync.
The housing of the light/laser (on the left front) equipped with a patent and a locking "mechanism" and can accommodate a 12 mm diameter laser. (Yupp, it's not true to the game, but looks cool.)
The screws from the handle were packed away.
The things protruding from the side of the frame have been put in their exact place. (3 variant included.)
The font for all the lettering on the gun is unknown to me, so I had to make my own. With this I rewrote all texts (except "Malorian"). Font attached, but only used characters are included.
No need for any magnets, magazine is now snap in stile, the slide don't need it because of the new spring/rubber and the rotary thing is merged together.
