Magnetic honeycomb holder for Sonicare
I made this holder to save space in my bathroom and to make the toothbrush available to my daughter.
The use of magnets means I can place the holder anywhere along the metal medicine cabinet (usually the one with the mirror above the sink).
The hollow honeycomb design means that as many inserts as there are magnets can be printed, and with the proposed design, 3 magnets measuring 8mm x 3mm are enough to hold the brush to the cabinet.
You can add more if necessary, and print in different colours. The 3 magnet supports are printed upside down and don't require a support, as the part is small I opted for layers of 0.15 for greater precision.
The main part is printed with the 2 legs facing upwards in order to have as little support as possible and guarantee the quality of the honeycomb print.
For the supports of the main part, use the painted supports in Prusa Slicer; in the large circle and under the pin: this is more than enough.
No glue is required for assembly. Simply insert the magnet into the small support and then press the support firmly into the main part. This is enough to hold the assembly together permanently.
Great print!
