THIS IS UNTESTED - PRINT AT YOUR OWN RISK (but please provide feedback if you do).
Version 2.3 (5/17/2024), includes all improvements from V2.2 as well as the following:
Version 2.2 (4/12/2024), includes the following improvements:
This is 25 bin version of the 20 bin Gridfinity Box For Stuff. This remix is however not tested. Therefore this is a PRINT AT YOUR OWN RISK model. I have updated this model to include 6U, 9U and 12U deep bases.
This will require a bed with an area of at least 256x256.
See the 20 bin model for printing and assembly suggestions, since this version is the same, just bigger.
It requires the following hardware:
(2) M3 x 12mm SHCS (these hold the latch “cleats” to the top of the case)
(4) M3 x 20mm SHCS
(4) M3 x 25mm SHCS
(2) M3 x 30mm SHCS
(100) 6x2mm Cylinder Magnets - OPTIONAL (I used 6x3mm, which seem to work OK too)
(SHCS = Socket Head Cap Screws)
The only files that are different from the original design, are the parts for the top and bottom (base) of the case, and the handle. All latch, and label parts are carried over unchanged from the original (but are included here for convenience).
If using a Bambu X1C/P1P/S printer, this model will require the full bed area, and therefore if using these printers, the “exclusion zone” for the cutter needs to be disabled according to the Bambu Wiki. Removing the cutter exclusion zone also means that only one color can be printed using that method (no AMS). If you have problems fitting it on the bed still, it may also be helpful to center the model in the bed (right click > center) and disable a brim. I was able to slice with the brim set for auto, however it would be best to disable it and work back from there if there is a problem getting it to slice.
There is a 3MF file from Bambu Studio included, based on an X1C profile (with 0.4mm nozzle). The profile has all parts including a plain (no logo) top. The 3MF file will not slice, until the cutter exclusion zone has been disabled (this is intentional).
If you print this, please know that although I am 99% confident that the model is going to be OK, it is still untested. So if you run into a problem with it, please let me know and I will see what I can do to fix it. If the problem relates to fit however, please be sure to run a flow calibration, since there are some parts which are designed for a close fit. If you print this and provide me feedback (or post a make with feedback), I may use that information to update this description, so I can get rid of all the untested language, and just let it ride as a normal tested model similar to what I would normally post.
Other stuff:
If you need some bins for small parts, the following bins with covers are a good option to use with the Box For Stuff 20 bin and 25 bin cases (or other 6U tall cases):
If you want to check out my other Gridfinity cases, you can find them at the links below:
Additionally, there are some alternate latch parts which may help if you do not have the M3x30mm screws or have difficulty installing the latch “cleat”.
If you want to store some small hardware and need some good labeled bins, Ch3vr0n posted some segmented bins for the Gridfinity system here:

If you find these models useful, please post a like or a comment with some pics of your prints.

The models here could not have been made without the work of Zach Freedman, who introduced the world to Gridfinity, and then set it free for everyone to use. These models are not based on direct remixing of Zach' original models, but they are fully compatible, and use the same, or a similar specification for the bin bases, bin lips and base grids, which Zach Freedman developed. Zach Freedman's work is available on Thangs, and you can find examples of his Gridfinity designs here and here, which are available under his MIT license. If you like this model, or want to learn more about Gridfinity, you can check out Zach Freedman's YouTube, or you can support Zach Freedman's work on Patreon (patreon.com/zackfreedman).
Changelog:
Update 4/13/2024 - The files were corrected and updated to v2.2, since the prior 2.1 files did not fit the Bambu X1C/P1P bed. The current version files will fit the Bambu X1C, however the cutter exclusion zone needs to be disabled for it to fit (see notes below).
Update 4/26/2024 - There is now a 9U and 12U deep version of the base (along with the original 6U version). As with the rest of the models here, they are untested, but a 3MF Bambu Studio profile for an X1C with 0.4mm nozzle is included to get things started.
Update 5/17/2024 - Updated this to v2.3.
The author remixed this model.
This version hold 25 1x1x6U Gridfinity bins.
