Nema 17 Waterblock Clamp

This is a 3-Part clamp for mounting 40x40 aluminum or copper waterblocks to a Nema 17 stepper motor. Per Waterblock you need to print each file once. The holes for the inserts are 4.6mm in diameter, this may not be what they need to be for your inserts.

Mounting Accessories:

• 4x M3x30-35 Screw
• 4x M3 Heatset inserts max. 6mm long

Print Settings:

• Material: ASA
• Hotend temp: 260°
• Bed Temp: 100°
• No Fan and rather slow speed as to aid in layer adhesion, this depends on your printer
• 4 Lines, 4 Top and Bottom layers
• Infill type: any
• Infill Percentage: 20%
