This is a small ‘slip-on’ adjustment which limits the travel of the CNC spindle towards the front (near side) of the Masuter Pro bed. I found that after attaching the FoxAlien dust boot, the boot would collide with the standard controller box as well as the offline controller when attached using a previously-printed holder that attaches to the front of the bed.

This block is 1" thick, and can quickly be added/removed by simply slipping it over the OEM Y-stop near the front-right corner of the machine (when facing it) see pics. No screws, tape, or fasteners required as the block is designed to be a friction fit between the spoil board and the side rail. There is clearance designed into the block for the two screw heads that hold the metal Y-stop to the rail.

PLA, PETG or any other solid material should work fine, draft mode (.3mm layers, 15% infill) is sufficient and should take less than 30 min to print. If you've replaced the OEM spoil board with another (MDF perhaps), the .3mf file can be modified… adjust the 1" extrusion length to fit the gap between the right Y-rail and your new spoil board.
