Reliance Water Jug Spigot TPU Tap-to-Cap Gasket

The spigot on Reliance water jugs are notorious for not sealing well, and/or cracking due to over-tightening due to poor alignment of the spigot. This gasket serves as both a seal, and wiggle room for rotating the spigot another 180 degrees once it has sealed, preventing stress fractures. Must be printed with TPU flexible filament to allow for proper compressibility and give.

Notes:

Print at slow, slow, speeds for best quality. For my CR-10S, I used 15mm/s on all print speed settings in Cura. Also used 110% flow for good layer adhesion without gaps. Printed at 235° C (using Capricorn XS tubing).
