Tapo C210 pipe mount

A mount to fix a Tapo C210 camera to a 16mm pipe.

The mount has an inner diameter of 16.5mm to compensate for printer tolerances. 

Add a small piece of rubber when fixing the mount to achieve a tight hold.

Designed to be used with M3x6 screws and M3x4 inserts.

Supports are only needed for the Tapo mount upper projections.
