I got tired of feeding the small hopper on my Kitchenaid grain grinder, so I made this larger one. It is much easier to fill without spilling, and the lid keeps it clean when not in use.
Installs with the original screws that hold the grate in place (won't fit properly without the grate).
You will need 8mm x 2mm round magnets for the lid (can be purchased at Harbor Freight or Amazon). Requires 8 total, 4 for the lid and 4 for the funnel. Make sure the magnet polarity is the same on all of them so the lid orientation doesn't matter.
