This is a simple BLTouch Bracket for existing carriages that use 2 x M3 Screws into threads in the carriage itself. Its got plenty of vertical play to adjust the BL Touch so that the sensor is 8mm above the nozzle when its on the print bed. There is a cable tidy that keeps the cabling away from any fans you may have cooling the hotend.
I also include a mounting template guide that is 8mm in height and has a slot to slide the tool around the BLTouch's Pin when deployed. First install the probe so it is as high away from the bed as you can get it. Move the nozzle until it is touching the bed then slide the tool under the BL Touch and loosen the screws and lower it with the probe pin deployed. The pin should slide into the slot in the tool and the base of the probe (not the pin) should rest on the alignment tool. This will place it 8mm above the nozzle height which is the installation recommendation.
Tighten the screws on the carriage.
There is some play to move the BL Touch in the Y Axis to move it to be aligned with the Nozzle so your Y Axis Offset can be 0. This Bracket was designed for the Hemera (Original) Hot End and Extruder so as close to the carriage as possible and it will align with the Hemera with a Revo Nozzle. If you have a volcano or other hot end you can move the BLTouch Forward.
There are some basic markings on the alignment tool to designate mm in the Y and X Axis which you can use to measure any offsets you may have.
By Default many Hemera and BL Touch Creality Carriages look to set the probe with an Offset of 0 in the Y and 40mm in the X.
The bracket should be printed with a layer height of 0.2mm and 0.4mm Nozzle.
The bracket should have 8 walls and top / bottom layers …basically 100% infill.
If you want to use the tool as an offset measurement tool in the X and Y Axis (there are 1mm and 5mm Elevations) , probably better off printing in a resin printer otherwise its only good for the 8mm Z Axis Alignment which is taken from the top of the 5mm Elevations and the base of the print)
